Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Return Policy:Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) must be provided along with unboxing video proof. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment to our designated warehouse.The return courier service must be booked by the customer. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments during transit.
